Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have original tags still attached.
Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because custom hats are made to your liking, they cannot be resold, making them ineligible for standard returns. If the item needs minor adjustments to fit or look better, we will generally make those changes.
